Belvidere is our latest group of 10 properties in this area of Detroit. After having tokenized 17 Single Family Rentals on Holcomb street, then 12 SFRs in the street right next door with Rohns, we’re offering an investment in the street on the other side of Holcomb with these excellent SFRs.

The Belvidere properties meet exactly the same standards as our 2 previous SFR portfolio groups:
