RealT continues to innovate with this new token encompassing ownership of 17 single-family homes on the same street. Purchase one RealToken and diversify your portfolio instantly with this group of tax-advantaged properties!

All the properties in this group are single-family homes built between 2005 and 2007. As newer homes, they require less renovation and maintenance, and we have allocated a maintenance reserve of $22,964 and a renovation budget of $18,000 for the whole group.

Newer properties sometimes offer lower yields, but not Holcomb. To incentivize the promoter to build them, these homes received a relief package that makes their taxes 4 to 5 times lower than other equivalent properties! This relief package also allows us to increase rents by 3% per year to keep pace with the economy. If we want to increase rents faster one day, the tax package will have to be reviewed as well.

Finally, all properties are fully covered by HUD Section 42. This section is different from the Section 8 you’re familiar with, and currently covers 100% of the rent. Also of benefit: Section 42 covers the property, not the tenant, which means more stability for token-holders.
