We are pleased to offer two beautiful duplexes in Cleveland! 12318 Imperial and 8809 Beckman are both approximately 1 mile from a multi-family we’ve already tokenized: 10518 Woodland. These two new acquisitions allow our investors to geographically diversify their real estate portfolio, and both meet RealT’s standards with expected rental incomes of 10.04% and 10.03%, respectively.
