Built in 1966, this new 12-unit multi-family is located on the opposite side of Detroit from our other offering in this group, 11701 Morang, and only 0.3 miles from our first tokenized property, 9943 Marlowe!

14745 Plymouth sits on a very active street in the west end of the city where there are many shops and restaurants.  This property also has 12 parking spaces at the back of the building, which makes for convenient tenant parking.

As you can see, we have budgeted $20,000 for renovations.  60% of this budget is allocated to redo the roof, and the remainder will be used to change out the air conditioning units on the exterior and conduct some small maintenance work, such as painting the corridors.  These renovations should allow us to maintain the expected yield of 10.01% for the next few years.
