We are pleased to offer you our first Commercial rental property! 18438 Morang allows you to continue diversifying your tokenized real estate portfolio into new property types. One company currently rents the whole building, and the lease is to be renewed every two years.

In recent months we have made many acquisitions on Morang street and in this neighborhood, and this new property allows us to continue increasing our economies of scale while adding a new type of tenant.

The $30,000 renovation budget will allow us to repair and beautify the façade; as you can see on the pictures, some bricks are currently missing. We will also be replacing the toilets and the carpet, and adding some embellishments.
