We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to geographically diversify your portfolio with this new multi-family in the city of Cleveland!

1890 Marloes was built in 1920, and it is well-situated: it’s adjacent to a park with basketball and tennis courts, and sits only 500 feet from WH Kirk Middle School. On the other side is Euclid Ave, a shopping street with a pharmacy and restaurants like McDonald’s and Taco Bell.

Marloes is also close to one of the largest medical centers in the United States: the Cleveland Clinic-Stephanie Tubbs Jones Health Center is only 0.5 miles away, and the main campus is a 15-minute drive. As you might expect, our tenants will be working in these schools and medical centers.
