As our first property in Jackson, Michigan, 425 Steward stands out for its long-term tenants, its proximity to schools (Jackson High is right across the street), and its stable local economy.
Steward is a lovely two-story, four-unit multi-family property built in 1907. From its durable asphalt roof to its interior wood paneling, it has been kept in excellent condition, and its long-term tenants are a testament to its livable character. We will be investing another $10,000 in general improvements immediately, but we don’t anticipate a need for more serious renovations for quite some time.
