RealT plans to raise $496,174 for the project and deposit it in the RMM for it to generate income. Token holders will receive income from interest on a monthly basis, generating an expected annual income between 6% and 20%+, based on the yield history of the RMM. Once the developer completes construction and the units become operational by mid-2027, the expected income is projected to be 10.69%. These tokens will be tradable and transferable on the YAM, providing a lucrative investment opportunity in Panama.
