Coming just two weeks after the sale of 618 E 79th St, we are pleased to offer you a new building in Chicago! Built in 1929, this new property contains 22 fully-rented units to mitigate the risk of vacancy, and its location helps you diversify your portfolio outside our Detroit holdings.

Marquette enjoys a very livable location next to well-maintained properties, a church, and Ogden Park, a large space that includes a pool, playgrounds, baseball fields, and basketball courts. The neighborhood is residential without being suburban, and amenities are close by.

A part of the building was renovated in 2018, but some of the units rented during that period have not yet been refreshed due to tenancy. In addition, part of the roof needs to be replaced, and we plan to pour new concrete at the back of the building. Overall we have budgeted $30,000 in renovations, which should create a solid 8.56% expected income.
