We are pleased to announce that Chenlot is our first offering in which both US accredited investors (REG D) and international investors (REG S) can participate!

As discussed in our last two community calls on Youtube, 52% of the property will be offered to US accredited investors and 48% to international investors. These offerings are structured as follows:

  • 1,092 RealTokens for a total of $55,419.00 to be made available to accredited US investors with a 90-day lock-in before the opportunity to resell to RealT.
  • 1,008 RealTokens for a total of $51,156.00 to non-US (international) investors.

Chenlot is in the bread and butter category of RealT properties, with an excellent purchase price, low renovations, good tenants, and an attractive expected income structured to offer stable rents month after month. This duplex contains two full units with easy access to commuter routes. Close to Nardin Park and a church, this property offers a safer, more family-friendly environment that tends to draw stable long-term tenants.

Chenlot needs some minor improvements, which we have budgeted as follows:
