We are pleased to offer this duplex built in 1926.

As you can see on the map, the property is close to 7109-7111 Pilgrim and Highland Park. This neighborhood is known for its concentration of universities where our tenants can work as cleaners, guards, and other laborers. Monica is also close to a common thoroughfare, allowing our tenants to move around comfortably.
