This RealToken allows you to gain exposure to 12 Single Family Rentals, each of which has an attached garage. These properties were built by the same promoter in 2006-2007, and all benefit from the same Section 42 tax advantages!

Rohns Street lies parallel to Holcomb Street in the same neighborhood. By purchasing RealTokens from these two offerings, you can take advantage of our concentric circle acquisition strategy where every $ invested in one of the properties benefits the perceived value of the other properties.
